Terms of service.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Calm Ops Studio website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Calm Ops Studio provides emotionally intelligent operations consulting and support services for solopreneurs, creatives, and neurodivergent entrepreneurs. Details of specific services and pricing are outlined on the Services page and subject to change with notice.

2. Booking and Payments

All sessions must be booked through our official scheduling platform (e.g., Accuity Scheduling).

Payments are accepted via Stripe, PayPal, or other methods specified during booking.

Payment is required upfront to confirm your session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For monthly retainers, payment is due on a recurring schedule as stated in your client agreement.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be non-refundable.

Calm Ops Studio reserves the right to reschedule in the event of illness or emergency, with as much notice as possible.

4. Refunds

Due to the customized nature of services, refunds are not guaranteed.

Partial or full refunds may be issued at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.

No refunds will be given for services already rendered.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to attend sessions on time, complete any prep materials, and communicate clearly.

Clients are responsible for implementing strategies and systems discussed unless otherwise contracted.

Calm Ops Studio is not responsible for outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is kept confidential unless explicit permission is granted.

Calm Ops Studio adheres to ethical business and privacy standards and will never sell or share your information.

7. Intellectual Property

All resources, tools, documents, and materials provided by Calm Ops Studio are for personal or business use only.

You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any materials without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer

Calm Ops Studio offers strategic and operational guidance and is not liable for business outcomes.

We are not licensed therapists, financial advisors, or legal professionals.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario.

10. Updates

We may update these Terms occasionally. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
